Today, you will explore Kharbandi Gompa which is approximately 5 km away from Phuentsholing. The monastery is located amidst a garden of tropical plants and flowers. Explore some exquisite statues and paintings depicting Lord Buddha’s Life. From here you can enjoy a drive through the picturesque towns of Gedu, Chukha, and Chuzom before on the way to Thimphu.

After breakfast, get ready for a full day sightseeing tour of Thimphu. The first place to visit the Memorial Chorten built in the memory of the 3rd King of Bhutan. Onwards visit the Buddha viewpoint which is an excellent stop to discover some stunning views of Thimphu. Your next place is one of the oldest temples in the area – Changangkha Lhakhang and then the Traditional Hospital. Conclude the sightseeing tour by visiting a living Museum called Simply Bhutan. Post breakfast, check-out from the hotel to proceed for Phobjikha – a beautiful bowl-shaped glacial valley located against a background of the Black mountains which is a treat for those with a deep affection for nature. After arriving, you will proceed to Gangtey Goenpa also known as Gangteng Monastery. Enjoy the breathtaking views around the monastery and then head to the Crane center which is an observatory which is a perfect place and admire the beauties and valleys. Stay overnight in Phobjikha.

Begin the day with a delicious breakfast and then get ready to hike up to Chimi Lhakang which is the most important temple of Bhutan. You will also come across the beautiful rice fields while hiking up. After seeking divine blessings, it is the time to head to Punakha Dzong while keeping the energies high as you take an adventurous walk through the longest suspension of Bhutan. Check-in to the hotel to spend overnight.

Once you are done with breakfast, you will proceed for the exquisite town of Paro today. Pass through the Dochula Pass where you will visit 108 Druk Wangyel Chortens. These Chortens or stupas were built in the memory of Bhutanese soldiers who died in 2003 in a military operation. From here, you will head to Tachog Monastery which is a private monastery which is maintained and looked after by Thangtong Gyalpo’s descendants. Later on check-in to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Today after breakfast, you will proceed to hike up to the most popular tourist spots in Bhutan – The Tiger Nest Temple. It will take around 5 hrs to hike the temple where you can capture the stunning views that you will get to spot the temple. This religious place is an iconic tourist attraction which is located on a sheer cliff face. Afterward, return back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Today you will enjoy an early morning drive to the Haa Valley – which is located in a picturesque location on the highest motorable road in Bhutan. Delve into the calming climate; you will get a chance to witness the majestic Mt. Jumolhari which is Bhutan’s highest peak. Enjoy a memorable picnic in the Haa Valley and explore the town before heading back to Paro to stay overnight.

Discover the best of Paro on this day after scrumptious breakfast, check-out from the hotel and continue exploring its marvelous places like Ta Dzong, Paro Airport viewpoint, Drukgyel Dzong, and local markets. Later on proceed for Phuentsholing and check-in to the hotel followed by an overnight stay.
