At a private farm located half an hour away from the city, away from the bustle and chaos, relax and unwind in peace as you experience this sport at its best.
How
Whether you’re a Polo Player or meeting a horse for the first time ever, the professional player(s) and horse trainer(s), will ensure your safety and comfort.
After the introduction with your host and trainer, learn more about horses, polo and its tradition in Rajasthan, as you take a walk around the farm, visiting the stables and getting acquainted with the place, the animals and the riding gear.
#DidYouKnow Polo is assumed to have been invented 2500 years ago!
Your trainer will walk you through the basics of polo - Including a short lesson on tacking-up the horse and help you get comfortable with your equine buddy for the day. You’ll learn about the rules of the sport, about the mallet and the ball and once you’re ready, take your horse for a ride around the dedicated arena! The trainers will be with you at all times, so just relax and enjoy the sport of the Royals!
Feeling a bit peckish after all that horsing-around? Enjoy a, well laid out, sumptuous evening tea complete with aromatic coffee, muffins and sandwiches from our kitchen, seasonal fruits and more.
Don’t forget to get all your questions about horses and polo answered!
#DidYouKnow - The horses can take anything from 6 months to two years of training before its ready for the game.
And of course, don’t forget to take that all important, Instagram-perfect picture with your horse with our professional photographer.
Things to remember
Appropriate clothing - Rough denims or trousers are recommended
Please bring your own riding boots or flat shoes - Ladies leave your heels behind!
Sunscreen
Whether you are a pro or first timer, you must follow the instruction given to you, all the time.
